Accenture is hiring for the position of Operations Engineer in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Job Description: - Must have skills : Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager - Good to have skills : Microsoft Intune - Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required . - Manage the deployment/patching schedules, maintain SLAs and report the deployment/patching metrics to the global leadership on the agreed frequency . - Manage the escalations from the stakeholders (e.g., line of business, information security, engineering, software packaging etc. ) and ensure that the requirements are addressed to the fullest
Qualification:
- Degree relevant to the position from a recognized university or equivalent.
