DHL is hiring for the position of System Support Analyst in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Job Description: As a system support analyst, having an ETL skillset is a huge plus. Excellent knowledge of the Client Management Suite will also be integral to this role. You will develop and manage reports for internal business partners hosted on Power BI platforms and ensure that all agreed targets, SLAs and metrics are met . You will be using this software in your day-to-day responsibilities - health insurance for family, parents & in-laws, Term Insurance (Life Coverage), Accidental Insurance
Qualification:
