In this article we will get to know about the calculation of the cubes using the speed mathematics technique.
Question 1 :
Now take this 12.
In order to find the cube of this number first split the number and calculate the cube of that number.
That is if the number is 12 make it as 1 and 2.
Then find the cube of that number.
1 cube is 001 and 2 cube is 008.
Note: Kindly replace the number in this three digit number format. The reason behind replacing in digit is from the numbers 1 to 9 if we take cube it will be in 3 digit only so for that purpose, in order to calculate using this trick we put in 3 digit number format.
Kindly make a note of the second step where we multiply every digit from that number and again multiply the number 12.
Therefore, we get 72.
Summing up of both we 1728 which is the cube of the number 12.
If the take some numbers like 49,61 cubes we will get a carry when multiplying like this. That model will be discussed below.
Using this method we can easily calculate the cube of a number.
Question 2 :
Take a number 69.
First step is to find the cube of the every digit from the number 69.
So we will get 216 and 512.
The second step is to multiply the digits and the number and also 69.
The third step is to add the numbers accordingly.
